Day 67

"Taking Advantage"

Today was the day that we just HAD to take advantage of the gorgeous weather.  We just up and left (we did take work with us) and went to the local State Park to walk the 2.6 mile nature trail.  It was tons of fun and we got fresh air, exercise, and observed many neat things.  I love these kinds of days and the opportunity to be spontaneous and enjoy but still be able to finish our work too!  It's like having your cake and eating it too!

Day 66

"Science Lab"

Today, in Biology, I learned how to dissect a pig! I was very interesting and very cool. I can't wait till tomorrow because we are going to finish the rest of our lab.

Every time we go on a walk we always pass this gate with the little lamp on the side and always wanted to take a picture of it.

Day 64

"Just think"

Well after a long day of traveling,  we got to see on the way home a very beautiful sunset in the car. Just sitting back and thinking about all the wonderful things that God has created for us to enjoy, just AMAZING! 

Day 63

"There's just something about...."

Every Sunday morning you never know what to expect when Owen comes down stairs after getting dressed for Church.  He truly has his own sense of style and just LOVES to dress up with his many ties and other accessories.  I've just gotta say....."There is something about Owen that is so unique and special"   As all our kids are SO very special and unique to us.  So thankful and beyond blessed!!!

Day 62

"PlayDough"

It's one of those things in the house that doesn't come out very often...but when it does it's a big treat to play with.  After LOTS of cleaning for Saturday morning, it was time to "make a mess" again, so they decided to make "ice cream and cake" out of their playdough.  Kept them busy for a little while.  By the way don't you like Owen as a Alligator?  

Day 61

"2 things growing"

As each day goes by it's exciting to see Abigail growing and changing.  It's hard to believe she is already 17 weeks old!   But to our surprise...they are other things growing as well.  For it being the dead of winter....Feb. 23rd, we are seeing Daffodils growing already.   It's been so warm this winter, it's almost like spring.  I guess with all the warm weather...we'll start to see spring flowers as well.  Go figure!
